Jeremiah 16-17; Psalm 96; John 16

Life is full of surprises, some good some not so good. Some are so devastating they threaten our well-being and bruise our Joy. But the believer is never really taken by surprise. They know the peace of God, founded on the rock of Christ. With every new day trust is renewed and faith is assured. With a steady confidence in God, at the end of days we will all rise to live with Christ in a glorious eternity.
