Satan works against God by deceiving us into sin and Satan is very determined to see us fall. Because we are responsible before God for our behaviour and actions we must account to him. We cannot blame others. Our only escape is to acknowledge the wrong and repent from it, claiming the forgiveness of Christ Jesus. God will not use an unclean heart. We must continually bathe ourselves in his blood covering word to keep our hearts right before him.
