Being thorough and paying attention to detail is an important aspect of serving the Lord. This is because we must leave a legacy for others to follow. It's not good for us to keep the Lord's blessing all to ourselves, others must be prepared and trained up to know how to enter into the service of the king. Faith is not exercised haphazardly but must be coordinated and planned like David did when he planned for the construction and service in the temple. When he went to be with the Lord he left his kingdom in great shape. No matter how small our lives are we must plan to do likewise.
