Solomon gives good advice when he talks about living a Godly life but it's based on the mind controlling the heart. Paul's explanation of the new Covenant is much better. With God's spirit in our hearts we are better able to subjugate our minds in living a life that's pleasing to God. Solomon did the best he could but it's an uphill battle when trying to live according to the law. Fortunately Christ did this for us so we don't have to. As long as we have the spirit of Christ living in our hearts we have no dispute with God. We are at peace with him.
