2 Chron 6-7; Ps 135; Ro 4

By putting our hope and trust in the one true God supersedes the law and by bringing our faith into the context of Christ formalises our relationship in God. God understands when we do good things for him because he understands the intentions of our heart. However we must also understand intentions of his heart and meet him in the Lord Jesus Christ. Many people may worship other forms of God sincerely with an open heart but ultimately all must come to an understanding that Jesus is the only way to truly know God. God can only make this happen through the drawing of his Holy Spirit. We, as his vessels, can witness to this and help lead others to Christ.
