Isaiah 65-66; Psalm 62; John 3
In the prophetic writings of Isaiah, Christ appears like a mirage. He is there but he isn't. In his time among us he was treated much the same as God was all those years Israel occupied the land. Jesus amplified God's heart and intentions towards his people. He told us, “... anyone who has seen me has seen the Father…” (John 14:9) and we are free to choose how we see the Lord. But I hope to see him through the eyes of the Holy Spirit who lives in me. I want to live in his truth and to encourage others to do likewise.
